After several intensive months of reading, rereading, and picking apart the merits of our favorite books, the SLJ editors are proud to announce the Best Books of 2014. The titles will be unveiled at SLJ‘s fourth annual Best Books Twitter Party on November 20 at 7 pm ET. To join in the discussion, follow @sljournal and #sljbestbooks.
This year’s list boasts a strong assortment of picture books, middle grade and young adult fiction, adult books for teens, and nonfiction.
